My responsibilities are but not limited:

o To assist group senior manager in compliance of notices issued by tax authorities to various clients mainly direct tax.
o To file monthly withholding tax statement of various clients.
o To prepare, review and submit documents required to obtain exemption certificates under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 on behalf of clients.
o To facilitate clients for income tax registration, obtaining NTN certificates, NPO approvals and renewals.
o To carry out firm internal risk management procedures for client and engagement evaluations.

My responsibilities were but not limited:

o To prepare individual & consolidated final accounts of all retail outlets of company.
o To prepare monthly total sales & discount summery using Tally ERP 9, G-Tech & MS Excel.
o To prepare reconciliation of reports of different softwares.
o To prepare accessory reports of all retail outlets.
o To prepare different management reports moth-wise.
o To make adjusting entries month-wise.
o To record & post vendor bills into system.
o To record & post expense vouchers into system.

My responsibilities were but not limited:

o To assist seniors in conducting annual audit of different clients.
o To conduct audit procedures and verify expense and current asset heads in financial statements.
o To complete other audit related work assigned by seniors.
o To work closely with accounts manager and sorting out problems in the accounting treatment.
o To establish, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures.
o To analyze financial condition of the company by collecting and interpreting financial data.
o To verify accuracy of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
